The Bank has notified The Exchange that its Board of Directors meeting which was earlier scheduled to hold on Friday 27, 2012, has been rescheduled to hold on Monday, January 30, 2012 at 10. 00 a.m. prompt.

The venue of the meeting remains at the Board Room, Zenith Height, Plot 87, Ajose Adeogun Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

At the meeting the Directors will deliberate on the Bank’s Audited Financial Statements, which include amongst others, a proposal for the recommendation of dividend for shareholders’ approval at its next Annual General Meeting.
