The Company has notified The Exchange of the appointment of Mrs. Ijeoma Agnes Oduonye as the new acting Company Secretary.
Oduonye holds Ordinary National Diploma (OND from Federal Polytechnic Kaura Namoda, Sokoto State, in 1991, before obtaining her Higher National Diploma (HND) in 1996 from Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State.
Prior to this appointment, she was the Head; Administrative Services Department of Cutix Plc. She is 43 years old and she is married.
