We wish to inform all stakeholders that after conducting assessments on the aftermath of the fire incident which occurred yesterday at the generator house that supplies power to our Head Office , we are pleased to announce that the damage recorded was minimal as we were able to curtail the inferno from getting to our main building.
However, we recorded extensive damages to our generating sets and some electrical cables supplying electricity to the building. We therefore regret to inform our customers that there will be temporary disruptions to the operations of our e-channels and we may also experience some delays in the processing of transactions at our branches.
However , we would like to assure all stakeholders that we are working assiduously to ensure that optimal services are restored before the close of business today across all our branches and e-channels.
We regret every inconvenience this may cause and reassure you of our commitment to providing exceptional services at all times.
