The Company has notified The Exchange that it has replaced its Registrars, Afribank Registrars Limited, with Meristem Registrars Limited.

It informs that the change shall become effective immediately upon the conclusion of the handing over of all necessary documents by Afribank Registrars to Meristem Registrars Ltd.
