RESIGNATION

·         Mr. Johannes van Lierop with effect from 31 July, 2011.

APPOINTMENT

·         Ms. Lisa Gillian Nichols

She is currently the Executive Director, Commercial with effect from September 9, 2011.

Ms. Lisa Nichols holds a BA (Hons.) degree in Mathematics from the Oxford University and is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA). She has worked in several positions of increasing leadership responsibilities in finance, audit and general management roles spanning market finance director, global audit and risk management.
