The Company has notified The Exchange of appointment of Mr. Henry James Semenitari as Chief Operating Officer of its Company effective June 30, 2011.
Mr. Henry James Semenitari holds a BSC in Chemical Engineering from University of Lagos and a Master degree in Business Administration from International Graduate School of Management, University of Navara, Barcelona Spain. He has over 22 years of banking experience and has worked in various companies at top management levels, including Continental Trust Bank Limited, AfriBank Nigeria Plc and First City Monument bank Plc. He is currently on the boards of Swap technologies and Telecomms Plc. He is 47 years old and married with four children.
