The Company has notified The Exchange that Price Water House Coopers, one of the two joint auditors recently appointed by The Tourist company of Nigeria Plc, has given the Company a notice of declining the appointment. However, the other joint auditors, PKF Professional Services will continue in the office as a sole auditor to the Company.
