Honeywell Flour Mills Plc: Appointment of board member

The Company has notified The Exchange of the appointment of Mr. Jens Erik Mollenbach to its board, effective April 4, 2011.
Mr. Mollenbach has a Masters Degree in Economics from the Copenhagen University, Cand, Pilot, and also attended Harvard Business School, Boston, U. S. A. he has attended numerous international courses and has worked in several places at management levels. He was until this appointment the Managing Director of Fan Milk Plc. Mollenbach is married and has three children.
