The Company has notified The Exchange that its 19th Annual General Meeting that was scheduled to hold on Monday, July 25, 2011, will now hold on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at 11.00 am.
The change was precipitated by inability of representative of its major foreign shareholder to attend the meeting earlier fixed for Monday, July 25, 2011.
