The Bank has notified The Exchange that at its’ Twenty-First Annual General Meeting which was held on Thursday, April 21, 2011 at Shell Hall, Muson Centre, a resolution was passed that, PricewaterhouseCoopers will be replacing KPMG Professional Services as its External Auditors, effective April 21, 2011.
The Directors were authorized to fix the remuneration and expenses of the Auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers in respect of the year ending December 31, 2011.
