The Bank has notified The Exchange that its’ 23rd Annual General Meeting and an Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled to hold at the Conference Hall of the new Ecobank Transnational Incorporated Office Complex, The Pan African Center, 2365 Boulevard du Mono, Lome, Togo on Thursday, June 30, 2011 at 10.30 a.m. to consider among other things, the approval of its accounts, appropriation of the profits and the declaration of dividend.
The Bank will at the Extraordinary General Meeting amend the company’s Articles of Association.
