The Company has notified The Exchange of the changes in the date of the AGM and Closure of Register of Members respectively.
The new date of the AGM is May 26, 2011 while the Closure of Register of Members is Wednesday, May 4 – Friday, May 6, 2011.
Dividend declared would be paid on Wednesday, June 1, 2011.
