Note
The corporate name of Obajana Cement Plc was changed to Dangote Cement Plc on 14th July 2010. In October 2010, the Company entered into a scheme of arrangement to combine with its subsidiaries; Benue Cement Company Plc-Gboko, DCW Limited-Ibese and Dangote BAIL Limited-Port Harcourt as one company. The entire share capital and share premium of the companies mentioned above were cancelled upon the merger with Dangote Cement Plc.
