The Company has notified The Exchange of the resignation of its Finance Director Mr. Bashir Korede Abdulah and the appointment of Mrs. Adeline K Ogunfidodo as the Finance Director of the company.
Mrs. Adeline K Ogunfidodo is a graduate of Agricultural Economics from the University of Calabar in 1987. She became an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria in 1993 and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in 1996. She joined UAC of Nigeria PLC on 12th February 1996 as an Auditor. Until this appointment, she was the Finance director – GM Nigeria Limited from August 2003 to October 2006, when she was appointed Group Treasurer. Mrs. Adeline is 45 years old.
