Changes on Directorate
The Company has notified The Exchange that with effect from March 5, 2011 Mrs. Grace Oluochi ceased to be a Director with Unilever Nigeria Plc. Mr. Kasturi Sudarshan was appointed on the same day to replace Mrs. Oluchi.
Mr. Sudarshan is an accomplished finance professional with over 20 years of management experience with Unilever Nigeria Plc in India and United State of America. He obtained his Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree in 1987 from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani. He also had an MBA (Finance) degree from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 1990. He was until this appointment the General Manager Finance-Sales & Customer Development at Hindustan Lever Limited.
