The Company has notified The Exchange of the resignations and appointments of the following Directors, effective December 2, 2010.

Mr. Daljeet S. Ghai (Indian)
Engr. Joseph O. Makoju
Mr. Olusegun Olusanya
Mr. Olusanya is a seasoned professional with over 43 years experience in finance. He obtained his Masters Degree in Economics and Finance from the London school of Economics in 1972 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1967 at the Leads College of Commerce. He is a fellow of the Chartered Certified and Corporate Accountants and also an associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He has worked in several ministries including the ministries of Defense, Finance, the Cabinet Office and National Planning. Until this appointment, he was a Director on the Board of Afribank of Nigeria Plc.
Engineer Makoju holds an M.Phil in Mechanical Engineering from University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. He served as a Special Adviser (Electric power) to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria under two past Administrations and currently the Adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan on Electric Power. He is also the Chairman of West African Power Poll Executive Board as well as Chairman, Cement Manufacturer association of Nigeria. He worked in several organization including Shell-BP, Blue Circle, United Kingdom and WAPCO. Until this appointment Engr. Makoju was the special Adviser to the President/Chief Executive, of the Dangote Group.
Engineer Ghai graduated from B.I.T.S Pilani, a Premier Engineering Institute in India where he read and obtained a Degree in Chemical Engineering. He attended several courses in India and Switzerland. His has worked in several places and held management positions. Ghai was until this appointment the Chief Executive, North, ACC Ltd New Delhi, India.
