The Company has notified The Exchange of the appointment of Mr Uday Pilani as its Managing Director, effective November 19, 2010.
Mr. Uday Pilani a Rotarian, has a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) Degree from the Osmania University, Hydrabad, India; having obtained his first Degree from the same university in Commerce. Pilani has worked in Indian as an Associate Partner with Pilani Export (PEX), Jalwa Event Management, Hyderabad, Indian and several other places. He has Capital Market exposure from the training he attended at The Nigerian Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission in Nigeria. Until this appointment, he was the Director of Finance and Controls at Presco Plc. He is 40years Old.
