The Company has notified The Exchange of the appointment of Barrister Lekan Sanni as its Company Secretary / legal adviser, effective September 1, 2010.
Barrister Sanni is a Second class graduate of Law from University of Lagos. He was until this appointment the Company Secretary/legal adviser of Vono Product Plc. He had lectured on part time basis at Lagos State Polytechnic and Alpha Tutors. He has attended several courses on Capital Market, Business Management etc. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance and member Nigeria Institute of Management. 44 years old Sanni is married.
