Pinnacle Point Group Plc: Detailed/Renewal of Cautionary Announcements

The Company notified The Exchange of having entered into an agreement relating to the disposal of Pinnacle Point (PP) Golf and Beach Resorts to a consortium that intends to convert the PP Resort to a 5-Star resort and host a golf championship there subject to conditions precedent. It stated that once these conditions precedent have been met, a detailed terms announcement will follow.
The Company further mentioned that it remains in negotiations in relation to other matters in addition and separate to this disposal. It therefore advised shareholders to continue to exercise caution until further announcement is made
