The Company notified The Exchange of Its client’s - Investec Asset Management holding of more than 5% equity stake in First City Monument Bank (FCMB) Plc with a total shareholding of 871,395,223 units out of the 16,271,192,202 shares outstanding as at December 28, 2010. The shares are however held under custody with different Nigerian Custodians.
