The Securities & Exchange Commission wishes to engage the services of a resourceful Public Relations Consultancy to undertake on behalf of the Commission media interventions in the next one month.
Public Relations Consulting Firms wishing to be considered for engagement are invited to submit proposals taking cognizance of the requirements listed hereunder.
Letter of interest should include the following:
(i) Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
(ii) Evidence of three (3) years Audited Accounts
(iii) Evidence of three (3) years tax Payment
(iv) Evidence of financial capability and banking support
(v) Experience/technical qualifications of key personnel
(vi) Evidence of similar projects executed
(vii) Evidence of Annual Turnover
(viii) Evidence of VAT Registration
(ix) Evidence of Registration with Local Professional Association
(x) Evidence of Foreign Affiliation/World Class Standards
TERMS/DURATION OF ENGAGEMENT
Interested Public Relations Firms should note that the Term of Engagement is for a Fixed Time Period of one (1) month at the first instance. Other Terms and Conditions are to be negotiated with the selected Public Relation Consultancy.
Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal are to be submitted in two (2) separate envelopes which should be enclosed in a bigger outer envelope. Three copies each of both Technical Proposals) and Financial Proposal are to be submitted. Each of the envelopes is be marked “PUBLIC RELATIONS CONSULTANCY SERVICE”. The submission should reach the Media Division within one week from the date of this publication at the following address.
