The Company has notified The Exchange that its 40th Annual General Meeting scheduled to hold on Monday, November 15, 2010 has been postponed; as there are strong indications that November 15, 2010 will be declared a public holiday to celebrate Edil Kabir.
The Annual General Meeting will now hold on Wednesday, December 8, 2010.
