The Company has notified The Exchange that its’ Board is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at Sheraton Hotel, 30 Mobolaji Bank-Anthony Way, Ikeja, Lagos at 11. 00 a. m.
The board will among other things consider the Audited Financial Statements of the company for the year ended December 31, 2009 and the recommendation of a final dividend in respect of the financial year.
