At the Meeting Shareholders approval will be sort for the outstanding sum ($ 24,545,463.80) on the International Finance Corporation (IFC) facility to be converted into ordinary shares and issued to (IFC), and for the Bank to inter alia enter into business combination with any of its subsidiaries.
