The company has notified The Exchange of the appointment of Mr. Thabo Mabe, as its Managing Director effective May 1, 2010 and the retirement of Chief S. I. Adegbite from its Board effective April 30, 2010.
Also Mr. Thomas Boedinger ceased to be a Director of the company with effective from April 30, 2010.
