Circular Ref-ISD/05/07/NO.003: Guaranty Trust Bank Plc has notified The Exchange of the appointment of Mr. Oluwole S. Oduyemi as its new Chairman effective May 6, 2009. His appointment is pursuant to the retirement of Owelle G P O chikelu, who was the Board Chairman.
 
Prior to his appointment, as a member of the Board of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, he served on the Boards of the Nigerian Security Minting and Printing Company and the Nigerian Provident Fund (now Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund-NSITF)
