Skye Bank Plc has just released its full year audited financial report to the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. The company declared a gross income of N126.665 billion and a profit after tax of N1.130 billion.

The Directors are recommending a dividend of 5 Kobo per share. The date of closure of register of members is May 5th 2010; while payment date is May 31st, 2010. The Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to hold on the 20th of May, 2010.
