Cement Company of Nigeria Plc has notified The Exchange that BUA International Limited has acquired Damnaz Cement Company Limited, holder of 50.7% of the issued shares of Cement Company of Northern Nigeria (CCNN) plc. By this acquisition, BUA Group now has a controlling share in CCNN and Damnaz Cement Company Limited becomes a subsidiary company of BUA Group.
