I'm finding it difficult to dematerialize my certificate. Also have received neither bonus nor dividends since I bought in the IPO. Why making things unnecessarily difficult for those who don't live local? First Registrars not very helpful.

I bought Fedelity Bank shares public offer in 2008 for my children, the divident which were sent but came late after the expiration of 6 months unfortunately i could not pay it into an account anylonger. This divident are still in my drawer now. What can i do to claim it again? pls help me.

SIR,I BOUGHT 5000 UNIT OF FIDELITY BANK SHARES IN 2008. I TOOK THE CERTIFICATE TO MY STOCKBROKER TO TRANSFER THE 5000 UNIT TO MY CSCS ACCOUNT. EVER SINCE THE CERTIFICATE WAS SENT TO FIRST REGISTRAR WHICH SERVES FIDELITY BANK HAS ITS REGISTRAR, THE CERTIFICATE HAS NOT BEEN DEMATERIALISED NOR SENT BACK TO ME. PLEASE SIR, KINDLY HELP ME OUT. I am still waiting for a share cerificate for the 2007 IPO and the 30 kobo per share dividend payment declared October 08. Can you advise when to expect this.
