I am Ogundeyi Olaide, a student of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife (OAU). Some week ago, the notice of a competition organized by one 'Blue Minds Concept International' was announced in OAU. The notice claimed you, Cadbury Nigeria Plc. as one of the sponsors of the competition.The notice required interested participants to pay an amount of NGN 1,050. Considering the prizes to be awarded, I think the organizers must have the full financial support of their sponsors. There have been notices before now, such as the one described herein that have turned out to be false. This is why I and some of my colleagues decided that I confirm from you if your sponsorship of the competition is true. I am looking forward to receiving your reply to my request. Please, let your reply state unambiguously, the validity or otherwise of the notice's claim of your sponsorship.Thank you.

Cadbury should be commended for successfully executing a testy and delicate Rights Issue, now that the company's debt -equity ratio appears healthier, it would be useful for the company to inform share holders how it intends to revitalize the brand, improve market share and compensate investors for their trust and steadfastness. Would the likely reversal of its losses lead to superior dividend payouts, and a sustained rise in post tax earnings

Ordinaily shares should be wise investment for immediate or future benefit. Unfortunately . the credibility of the managers , is a thing of concern . From the banks, companies its all paper work , falsification , and mispresentation of fats to stakeholders.To worsen the situation those supposed to be auditing their books are collaborating in defrauding the unsuspecting public. The only thing that can bring sanity , and restore confidence in the general population is a review of our legislation such that any manager / team found wanting should be jailed for life and ill gotten wealth confiscated , if possible the siblings of such executives should be given adequate reorientation to neutralise the effect of the thiefing gene in the family. Theirb must be an alternative way of auditing companies apart from this tradional way otherwise, the present status -quo will lead to total collapse.

With this insincerity of the managers of company telling the truth of the true situation of things in an establishment they manage....how are we sure its not another way to make the masses pay for the loans to take to take care of their personal needs instead of using it for the purpose for which it was intended for. The Nigerian people were weary of investing in shares in the past...suddenly when they started to get interested then things went bad. Now we hear of these Colosseum amount of money being embezzled by one person alone, how can one trust investing in Nigeria business again. Prove to me that it is not another way for the new guys to use the masses money 1, to settle what others stole. 2, to take for them selves too.thanks.ike.
